Sitecore Support access — When you log into your XM Cloud Instance, a new pop-up will appear that explains how you can grant access to a Sitecore support engineer for your organization in case of any technical issues.
Navigation Menu changes —We need to be aware of the new navigation changes, especially since we are accustomed to the old menu. Like me, you may find yourself searching for the desktop option where all the other familiar features are located.
